| Order Change or Cancellation
We understand if you need to make necessary changes or may need to cancel your order. If it’s still in our building, we will try to accommodate you. If shipped, we apologize that we are unable to do adjustments to your order. We send an e-mail confirmation with every order and encourage you to check all information for accuracy. Please add service@carsonbars.com to your address book to ensure delivery. Your e-mail confirmation should arrive to your inbox within minutes of placing your order. You might want to check your e-mail junk or spam folders.
To make a change to your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. If personalized items have been printed, it may be necessary to pay a small fee for changes. To cancel your order, please call 1-800-316-2083. If your personalized items have been printed, cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $25, up to the total order value.

Order Status Due to our exceptionally short processing time, the status of your order changes quickly. Once you have received confirmation of your order, you can expect to receive it on or before the delivery date as noted. If you have any specific concerns regarding your order, please Contact Us at your convienence.
When your order ships, a UPS Quantum View shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent containing your UPS tracking number. You will be able to use the UPS website to follow your package from our building to your delivery address. UPS will also send a delivery confirmation e-mail when your order reaches it's destination. Please add pkginfo@ups.com to your address book to ensure delivery.

Gift Substitutions During the holiday season, gift items sell and ship quickly. If you place an order for a Hershey's gift and we mistakenly show the item in stock, we may need to make a substitution. For this rare occurrence, we will ship a similarly priced product with the same net chocolate weight.

Undeliverable Gifts Occasionally a gift package is returned to our facility. We will contact you immediately to inform you of the return and work with you to resolve delivery. Additional shipping charges my apply.

Personalization Errors Despite our best efforts personalization errors do occur. Rest assured that we will work with you to correct the error quickly. If the mistake is ours, we offer the option of corrected products with a discount toward your original purchase or a replacement order. Please retain all original packaging for the return of your original order if you choose to have us replace your order.
We understand you may mistype when purchasing personalized items online and offer corrected items with expedited shipping at a significant discount.

Price Adjustments We offer a price adjustment for items purchased within 5 days of an advertised promotion. Simply Contact Us. In spite of our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of pricing on wrappedhersheys.com, errors may still occur. We will honor the published pricing at the time your order is placed. Prices are subject to change.

Packaging Concerns If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please retain all original packaging and Contact Us as soon as possible. Damaged product and shortages require inspection by our shipping carrier. We will work with you and our shipper to coordinate the inspection and replacement process.

Return Policy Our goal is to exceed your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, simply return them to us in our original packaging for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund. Returns require authorization from Customer Service; please Contact Us prior to returning your product. Artwork, photo, proof and shipping fees are non-refundable.
